"Despite the difficult economic climate, and in contrast to many construction companies,
bbcb has continued to successfully build and sell properties in Cornwall.
The latest project to be concluded is the award-winning Leskinnick House, a landmark scheme
in the centre of Penzance, involving the build of 13 apartments on the site of the former garage
and British Rail transport depot.
Although work on the site was only completed in June, all 13 apartments have now been sold,
